We find it easier to shop for you when you set a spending limit, and include our fee of $35 per hour in the limit. Advance payment is required in order for us to pick up and deliver your purchase. If you prefer, you may send your order first and we will try to calculate the charges, and send you an invoice for advance payment.There is an additional charge for this, as it requires us pricing items in advance.
If your order is less than the deposit you make, we will refund the difference to you. If it is more, we will collect additional fees upon delivery. Please note that large orders ($100.00 to $200.00) take approximately 2 to 3 hours to fill and deliver. Our time charges are calculated from the time we leave our business until we deliver your items to youand return to our business location.
For those without email or a computer, we can pick up the list at your location and then shop, and payment can be made by check or cash upon delivery. This takes a little longer, and so service charges may be higher. Our service charge is $35.00 per hour, regardless of order size, and includes delivery. There may be additional charges on weekends and holidays, and for last minute orders. Try to submit orders at least 24 hours in advance.
